SocialFind is a restaurant discovery app that allows users to:
- Track restaurants they've visited
- Share restaurant recommendations with friends
- Add personal notes about their dining experiences
- Discover restaurants recommended by friends
3. User Accounts
To use SocialFind, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. User-Generated Content
You may create content on SocialFind, including restaurant notes, recommendations, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content, but grant SocialFind a license to display it within the App.
5. Content Guidelines - Zero Tolerance Policy
SocialFind has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
You agree NOT to post, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against any individual or group
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
- Infringes on any intellectual property rights
- Contains personal or private information about others without consent
- Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Contains malicious code or attempts to harm the service
- Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users
- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate removal of content and may result in permanent account termination.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these Terms of Service, please report it using the in-app reporting feature. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours, which may include:
- Removing the offending content
- Warning the user
- Suspending or terminating the user's account
7. Enforcement
SocialFind reserves the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
8. Privacy
Your use of SocialFind is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SocialFind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, user recommendations, or any other content on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialFind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
